When an opportunity arose for my partner and I to relocate to our dream location, we jumped on it, leaving us with our first home which we had built only 5 months prior and no idea how to go about selling it.

Leanne bounced into the restaurant with her bright pink blazer and lipstick, her energy and enthusiasm were infectious. Every question was met with an answer, and she had taken the time to do an incredible amount of research into our scenario and was ready to advise us on our options moving forward.
From day one we were blown away by her attention to detail, promptness in follow up, and the way she kept us informed every step of the way. Leanne is a realist, and not once were we surprised by any paperwork, fees or processes. Leanne and the McGrath team worked together seamlessly to answer all of our questions and sell our house in only a few days on the market at a price that blew us away.
Every phone call to Leanne was answered, and she even took time out of business hours to assist us. Leanne even went above and beyond to recommend local businesses for services we required to ensure our move went smoothly. I even caught her a few times helping us tidy up around the house for photos and inspections.
Leanne is an asset to the McGrath team, and I wish I could give her a higher rating than 5 stars. Next time I’m in the property market I will move mountains to gain support from Leanne, as our experience was so positive. Who knew that selling a property could be fun!?
Do not underestimate this woman, she is an absolute force to be reckoned with. If you have a property to sell I would recommend nobody else.
